Keith Urban to Headline Nashville New Year's Eve Celebration

Free Concert Will Include A Thousand Horses, Charlie Worsham, Styx, Moon Taxi, Fisk Jubilee Singers

Headliner Keith Urban will be joined by A Thousand Horses, Charlie Worsham and others for a free New Year's Eve concert in downtown Nashville

Styx, Moon Taxi and the Fisk Jubilee Singers will also perform at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park for the event billed as "Jack Daniel’s Music City Midnight: New Year’s Eve in Nashville."

The celebration has been moved to the new location for the first time this year to accommodate growth and enhance security. Last year’s concert on Lower Broadway featured Kings of Leon, Chris Stapleton and Kelsea Ballerini. It attracted a record crowd of 150,000, generating $22.2 million in direct visitor spending, according to the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp.

The New Year's Eve show will mark Urban's third concert in downtown Nashville this year. In May, he performed a free concert in front of Bridgestone Arena to promote his latest album, Ripcord. He'll also headline a sold-out concert inside Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 11.
