Established artists including Mickey Guyton, Brian Kelley, Chris Young and Chris Janson join newcomers ranging from Catie Offerman and Koe Wetzel to Adeem The Artist this week on CMT's new music playlist, The Roundup.

Chris Janson, “Watcha See Is Whatcha Get”: “There is no better way to describe me on a daily basis. This song is 100% authentic, every word. It’s fun, it’s rowdy and it’s the truth. Roll your window down and crank it up!”

Koe Wetzel, “Damn Near Normal”: “‘Damn Near Normal’ is a song about this lifestyle that is anything but,” reflects Wetzel. “Waking up somewhere new on the road every day, up playing music all hours of the night with our fans… this is a wild ride we’re on that looks totally different than most people’s ‘normal’ … but I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

Dillon James, “My Shadow”: “This song is a testament to the obstacles that I’ve faced in my life,” said James. “For me, it’s about keeping the faith and believing in yourself when you feel most alone. If you can do that, you never truly are.”

Catie Offerman, “Barely A Two Lane Road”: “‘Barely a Two Lane Road’ is about my first taste of falling in love and the heartache that came along with it,” said Offerman. “It’s the bittersweet journey of young love and innocence, a lot like Deana Carter's ‘Strawberry Wine.’ This song takes me back to that summer and breaks my heart all over again in the best way possible.”

Mickey Guyton, “Woman”: “I loved the idea of writing a song that celebrates the power women have,” says Guyton. “Throughout history and even today, women have taken pain, setbacks, and doubt, and they turn that into inner strength, and they persevere to achieve incredible things. Releasing this on International Women’s Day seemed only fitting. We’re miracle workers, y’all!”

Zach Williams and Dolly Parton, “Lookin’ For You”: “And I about fell over when I heard it, I thought it was the best thing,” recounted Dolly. “I told him, ‘Well, there’s another big hit for you! But, did you forget to ask ME to sing on it with you?’” she joked. However, a few months later she ended up singing on the track, and their second collaboration was locked in.”

QUEEVA, “Be So Lucky”:  “This song describes exactly how I felt in my life at a certain point, and I think a lot of people can relate to this song. I am so excited to finally release it!”

Adeem The Artist, “One Night Stand”: “Queer Country as a genre has meant a lot to me,” says the Eastern Tennessee-based singer songwriter. “Discovering Karen & The Sorrows, Paisley Fields, D’orjay the Singing Shaman, I had a community that I got stitched into with a rich tradition of political activism, demystifying theory, and reclaiming space in the cultural rooms where we’ve long sat unacknowledged.”
