Warren Brothers Leave Label

The Warren Brothers and BNA Records have parted ways after two albums. Brett Warren tells country.com the split was amicable and that the duo wants to concentrate on its country-rock leanings. Brothers Brett and Brad plan to focus on songwriting in the coming months and will shop their new tunes to labels next year. The Warren Brothers’ “Move On” cracked the Top 20 on Billboard’s Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart this year, and the duo scored five other Top 40 country singles since 1998. The siblings are nominated for vocal duo of the year at The 35th Annual CMA Awards on Wednesday (Nov. 7). 11/05/01
