Brad Paisley played to a sold-out crowd at the West Virginia State Fair on Wednesday night (Aug. 17) in Lewisburg. During "Alcohol," he surprised the audience by bringing out Little Jimmy Dickens, who was wearing a lampshade from his hotel room.
