Singer John Michael Montgomery's trial for DUI charges has been delayed in Lexington, Ky., until May 11. The prosecutor in the case asked for a one-month postponement to look into congratulatory messages about the "high-profile arrest" from police officers posted on the arresting officer's MySpace Web page. The page also contained a photo of Montgomery with a fan -- with the arresting officer's face pasted over the fan's face. Montgomery was arrested on alcohol, drug, and weapons charges after leaving a Lexington bar on Feb. 16.
