George Strait has invited Martina McBride to open his 2012 tour, which will begin in late January. Specific cities and on-sale dates will be announced soon. "I love Martina. She's been on our tours before, and she's great," Strait said. "I'm really looking forward to the tour. Martina will definitely make it a special night." Strait will release a new album, Here for a Good Time on Tuesday (Sept. 6). McBride's Eleven is due on Oct. 11.
