Pucker Up With Reba's New Beauty Line

Well, of course Reba can conquer the magical world of beauty. Just last week we were waxing nostalgic with the icon as she celebrated her 40th year in the music business, asking questions like, “What can’t she do?” And after music, movies, television, film, Broadway, and fashion, you have to wonder, “What will she do next?”

That’s easy. Beauty. That’s Reba’s next adventure.

Earlier this year, the mogul launched a beauty line with her beloved makeup artist Brett Freedman, and although it’s been lots of work, it’s been incredibly rewarding for her, too.

The lip colors are a big hit with fans, and best of all? They have some serious staying power. Which is exactly what Reba was looking for.

“When you talk about what you wanna do, it’s like ... what do I wear?” she told her record label in a recent chat. “I wanted to do something that would keep the color on longer. So it was fun to get to develop and work on it.”

And it was a fun departure from her normal endeavors.

“It’s totally different from the clothing line, and the shoes, and the bedding and the luggage. So it was just another facet of the creativity.”

The Deluxstick lipcolors are available in three shades: “Georgia” (a coral pink), “Survivor” (a rosy pink), and of course, “Fancy” (a fiery red). As a bonus, they’re all incredibly moisturizing and boast a hint of stevia for added sweetness, so pucker up.

Scores of beauties have already been sharing their Deluxstick-painted pouts, from fans across the country to fans in Hollywood like Amy Poehler.

Reba recently posted a photo on Instagram of the new Center Stage Smokey Eye Pallete, which Freedman was using on actress Patricia Heaton in a test run. The palette doesn’t debut until “early next year,” but the lipstick is now available on Reba.com.
