Keith Urban is planning to spring into action in early 2023. Urban, who just finished the U.S. leg of his “THE SPEED OF NOW WORLD TOUR 2022,” announced his next Las Vegas residency on Monday morning.

The “Street Called Main” singer unveiled Keith Urban: The Las Vegas Residency, his new show that has been specifically designed for Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The new 16-date residency comes on the heels of Urban’s three-year stint at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

Both venues are part of the Caesars corporation. Urban told Billboard it’s “still in the family.”

Urban will begin his Zappos run in March. The residency will also include dates in June and July.

“I resisted a residency in Vegas for a few years,” Urban told Billboard. “We got asked to come there quite a few years ago. I just didn’t think I would like it because, in my head, it just seemed like the word residency just felt like, ‘Oh, you just doing the same show in the same place night after night after night,’ and that just sounded like an episode of Severance to me. But when we saw the Colosseum, I was, ‘Oh my God, I think we’ll have a blast in here.’ I was surprised how much I loved it.”

Urban’s show in Zappos Theater will be different than his extended run at Caesar’s Palace but familiar to fans who have seen him in concert previously. The singer hired Roy Bennett, who has designed shows for him before.

“I loved working with him, so I brought him in to help me conceptualize what we’re going to do at Zappos,” Urban said. “We’re gonna take advantage of the space … I haven’t played in there yet, but I’ve been in there, and it felt a little more geared towards the kind of energy that I was trying to create at the Colosseum.”

Tickets for Urban’s new residency go on sale to the public starting Saturday, Nov. 12 at 10 a.m. PT. Members of The ‘Ville, Keith Urban’s official fan club, will have access to a presale beginning Tuesday, Nov. 8 at 10 a.m. PT. Citi is the official presale card of Urban’s Las Vegas Residency performances at Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood. Citi card members will have access to presale tickets beginning Tuesday, Nov. 8 at noon PT until Friday, Nov. 11 at 10 p.m. PT through the Citi Entertainment program.
