Luke Bryan is headed back to the farm.

Bryan, who will launch his 36-city Country On Tour in June, revealed plans to take a break from that run in September for a five-day Farm Tour. This is the Georgia native's 14th Farm Tour, and he and his team will erect stages in fields at local farms September 14-23.

"One of the reasons we created these Farm Tour shows - to bring the big-city tour to the people," Bryan said in a statement. "These nights are one-of-a-kind, and we really enjoy getting to know the farmers and their families, love the whole atmosphere of playing on these incredible farms and watching entire communities come together and get excited about these shows."

Tickets for the FARM TOUR are on sale May 4 at 10 a.m. local time at LukeBryan.com.

The Farm Tour began in 2009 and since then has helped Bryan grant 78 college scholarships to students from farming families to their local college or university near the tour stops. In addition to Bryan's help with tuition, event sponsors have donated money, food and resources nationally and to the local communities. Bayer provided 1 million meals to Feeding America; Farmland donated a truckload of protein to local foodbanks in each state that hosted the tour and donated $9,000 to each state's FFA Association. And Fendt donated $25,000 to the national FFA organization.

For fans who may prefer a more neon experience, Bryan added six shows to his "Luke Bryan: Vegas" residency. In addition to his main tour and the Farm Tour, fans can see Bryan Aug. 30 and September 2, 3, 6, 8 and 9 at Resorts World in Las Vegas.
