Carrie Underwood Reveals New Radio Station CARRIE'S COUNTRY on Sirius XM

Programming will include morning workout and late-night hard-rock blocks, as well as Savior Sunday – a full day of inspirational music.

Carrie Underwood is celebrating summer by launching her own radio station -- CARRIE'S COUNTRY – on SiriusXM in June.

The year-round station will play 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and will be available on SiriusXM and the SXM app. Other artists with Sirius XM channels include Eric Church, Kenny Chesney, The Beatles and Drake.

"I'm thrilled to partner with SiriusXM on my new channel," Underwood said in a statement. "I can't wait to welcome listeners into my personal musical universe, sharing my favorite music across all of the genres I love, from classic rock to the latest in country."

The Oklahoma native will hand-pick the songs she wants on CARRIE'S COUNTRY and include her friends, favorite artists, and musical influences. There will be new and classic country, workout songs, gospel, classic and hard rock for morning exercise or late-night jam sessions. In addition to her own songs, fans will hear tracks from Keith Urban, Dolly Parton, Brad Paisley, Miranda Lambert, AC/DC, Guns N' Roses and The Rolling Stones.

The station will also include the stories behind her music, her career and anecdotes from life on the road.

"Carrie Underwood is one of country music's biggest and most multi-faceted artists today, and to collaborate with her on her very own SiriusXM channel is truly special," said Scott Greenstein, SiriusXM's President and Chief Content Officer. "CARRIE'S COUNTRY will give listeners and fans the opportunity to connect with her on a new level, beyond her musical choices and influences, as she curates the channel's programming. We welcome her to the SiriusXM family as we continue to expand our country music offerings to our subscribers."

The station's original programming will also include monthly themed shows, morning workout and late-night hard-rock blocks, as well as Savior Sunday – a full day of inspirational music, including the singer's gospel catalog and country titles.

Underwood and her fitness trainer share advice, helpful strategies, healthy habits, and more in the show "Find Your Path," which she named for her bestselling lifestyle book.

In "Take the Wheel," Underwood will invite her friends, peers, and fans to sit in as special guest DJs. In a different feature, the singer will share career milestones and memories set to the songs that compose the soundtrack of her life. She'll also introduce listeners to her band members, touring crew, and the cast of characters that makes up her touring family and share her passions for fitness, wellness, gardening, and all of her favorite things that make up her world.
