Keith Urban's Cross-Country Adventure Celebrates 'Ripcord' Release
Keith Urban’s new album Ripcord will be released Friday (May 6).
But it’s what he’s doing all this week and next that his fans are going to anticipate almost as much as the music. Assuming, of course, they have the means to follow him from New York to California.
Here’s what Urban is planning to give his fans a first -- and free -- listen to his brand new music.
The first event takes place Wednesday in New York City at Stage 48 beginning at 8 p.m. ET.
Next Monday (May 9), he'll be in Nashville for a noon CT celebration and Performance at Bridgestone Arena’s outdoor plaza
On May 10, he'll travel to Los Angeles for an event billed as "Keith Urban: Inside the Songs of Ripcord." It begins at 8 p.m. PT at the Clive Davis Theater in the Grammy Museum.
Once the music’s released and his fans have lived with it for a few weeks, Urban will be taking it on the road for his tour with Brett Eldredge and Maren Morris, starting on June 2 in Kansas City.
