Jamie O'Neal registered her second No. 1 radio hit this week, topping the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart with "When I Think About Angels." Her first No. 1 single, "There Is No Arizona," topped the chart in February.

O'Neal knocked Lonestar's "I'm Already There" from No. 1 to No. 3. Holding at No. 2 is Montgomery Gentry's "She Couldn't Change Me." Blake Shelton's "Austin" stays at No. 4, and Toby Keith's "I'm Just Talkin' About Tonight" remains at No. 5. "Austin" is the highest-ranking country single on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, at No. 30. Faith Hill's newest, "There You'll Be," continues to slide down the country singles chart, going from No. 30 to No. 38.

Phil Vassar's "Six-Pack Summer" earns Billboard's "Airpower" designation, climbing to No. 20 from No. 24. George Jones' new single, "The Man He Was," debuts at No. 57. "I Am a Man of Constant Sorrow," by the Soggy Bottom Boys from the O Brother, Where Art Thou? soundtrack, re-enters the singles chart at No. 59.

The double-platinum O Brother soundtrack again tops the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. Climbing back into second place is the Coyote Ugly soundtrack, followed by Lonestar's I'm Already There at No. 3, Tim McGraw's Set This Circus Down at No. 4 and Lee Ann Womack's I Hope You Dance at No. 5. Billboard's "Pacesetter" of the week is Hayseed Dixie, whose A Hillbilly Tribute to AC/DC jumps from No. 61 to No. 48.
