She’s conquered film before (who can forget Tremors?) and now Reba is back at it again, this time in an animated feature that will surely warm your heart.

The country icon has been cast alongside famed comedian Damon Wayans Jr. in the animated film The Land Before Time: Journey of the Brave.

Reba voices the part of a pre-historic, winged, dinosaur who encourages others and -- you guessed it-- sings. She will have a featured song, “Look for the Light,” in the film.

Playing the part of Etta brought back fond memories for the country mogul. The friendship between the two main characters felt truly familiar for her.

“They remind me a lot of my friends when I was a kid,” she said.

The Land Before Time: Journey of the Brave will be released digitally and on DVD on Feb. 2.
