Lady A's Hillary Scott Pens Birthday Message To Husband Chris Tyrrell And Shares Precious Family Portrait

In honor of Chris Tyrrell's Birthday, take a look at the country couple's relationship timeline.

Lady A's Hillary Scott is celebrating her other half. The songstress took to social media late Monday (Aug. 22) evening to wish her husband and former bandmate Chris Tyrrell a happy birthday.

"He's definitely our favorite guy, and it's his Birthday today! Happy Birthday my love! 💗" shared the platinum-selling performer.

In the first black-and-white snapshot in the Instagram carousel, Scott is giving Tyrrell a big smooch on the cheek. The second photo features their oldest daughter and identical twin girls, Betsy Mack and Emory JoAnn giving their father a warm embrace.

The heartfelt message and precious family portrait raked in over 5K likes on Instagram alone. Notable names in the industry and fans sent their best wishes to the family of five.

"Happy bday super dad!!! Love y'all," said fast-rising star Ryan Griffin. "😍😍😍😍," wrote Carly Pearce. "Happy Birthday to your sweet husband 👏 👏 👏may God bless him with love, health, and happiness. Ps: your girls are so big❤️," added a loyal follower.

The love birds first met in college. However, sparks didn't begin to fly until they embarked on Tim McGraw's Southern Voice Tour in 2010. At the time, Tyrrell was the drummer for country duo Love and Theft. It wasn't long until the instrumentalist popped the question in 2011 in East Tennessee. The two tied the knot in 2012 in upstate New York with family and friends before sundown.

The powerhouse vocalist and Tyrrell welcomed their first child Eisele Kaye in the summer of 2013. After suffering a miscarriage, the couple was blessed with two miracle babies. After the twins were born – Tyrrell stepped away from the award-winning band to take care of the newborns, as Scott continued to tour with Lady A.

"We just came to that agreement together. It was one of the easiest decisions we've ever made, and the peace that we've felt since we made it has just been continual proof of it being the right call," Scott told People at the time. "I've been a bandmate, employee, husband, and dad, so I'm okay removing a hat. Besides, when you looked at whether the band could do without me or her, there wasn't much question!" Tyrell added.

The country couple recently celebrated their decade-long marriage in January, with a Hawaiian-themed anniversary post. Scott previously released a faith-centric collaboration with For King + Country. The mother of three is also nominated for a Dove Award for her tribute track "Mamas" with country-gospel singer, Anne Wilson
