Toby Keith and Eric Church are the first performers announced for Summerfest, the annual music festival in Milwaukee. Keith and Church will play the Marcus Amphitheater on July 1. Tickets will go on sale on Jan. 29. Summerfest will take place June 29 through July 3, as well as July 5-10. Keith's 2011 tour will begin on Feb. 4 at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo. Meanwhile, Church will complete his CMT on Tour itinerary with Miranda Lambert on Friday (Dec. 10) in Las Vegas.
