Chris Cagle finally nails his big one this week. His song "I Breathe In, I Breathe Out" hits No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart. It's Cagle's first chart-topper.

He replaces Martina McBride at the top. Her "Blessed" falls to No. 3. Toby Keith's "My List" climbs to No. 2 from No 4. Kenny Chesney's "Young" moves up a notch to No. 4 and Rascal Flatts' "I'm Movin' On" drops to No. 5. Rounding out the Top 10 are Tim McGraw's "The Cowboy in Me," Phil Vassar's "That's When I Love You," Alan Jackson's "Drive (For Daddy Gene)," Tommy Shane Steiner's "What If She's an Angel" and Brooks & Dunn's "The Long Goodbye."

Billboard's Airpower Award goes to Lonestar's "Not a Day Goes By," which climbs to No. 20. Singles debuting this week are Cyndi Thomson's "I'm Gone" at No. 54, Diamond Rio's "A Beautiful Mess" at No. 55, Brooks & Dunn's "My Heart Is Lost to You" at No. 57, Pinmonkey's "Barbed Wire and Roses" at No. 59 and JoAnna Janet's "Since I've Seen You Last" at No. 60.

The O Brother, Where Art Thou? soundtrack continues its run at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart, with Jackson remaining at No. 2 with Drive. Rascal Flatts' self-titled debut album climbs one spot to No. 3, Totally Country: 17 New Chart-Topping Hits drops to No. 4, and Keith's Pull My Chain climbs to No. 5. McGraw's Set This Circus Down is at No. 6 and the Coyote Ugly soundtrack is No. 7.

The Best of George Strait: 20th Century Masters The Millennium Collection debuts at No. 8. Garth Brooks' Scarecrow remains at No. 9, and McBride's Greatest Hits drops to No. 10.

Two artists who have been absent from the country music scene for awhile make their returns. The platinum-selling Mindy McCready comes back with a self-titled album debuting at No. 29. Rhett Akins' Friday Night in Dixie bows at No. 65.
