What was in the air this year? Apparently, love. And a lot of it. Jake Owen, two members of Lady Antebellum, Wynonna Judd and Pistol Annies' Angeleena Presley all got hitched in 2012.

Here are the romantic details of all the country lovin':

Owen married Lacey Buchanan on May 7 in a sunrise ceremony on the beach in Vero Beach, Fla. After the wedding, Owen tweeted, "A best friend for life. I now have a wifey :) my face hurts from smiling. What a wonderful way to start the rest of my life." The two met when Buchanan was in Owen's "8 Second Ride" video. He'd proposed to her from the stage at Vero Beach High during one of his shows.

Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott married Chris Tyrrell on Jan. 7 in upstate New York, and they announced it on the band's website. "I'd like to introduce you to Mrs. Hillary Scott Tyrrell," Tyrrell said. "We got married! We just wanted you to hear it from us first. We love you. We're so excited to be starting our life together and we just had to let you in on the exciting news," Scott said.

Lady A's Dave Haywood wed Kelli Cashiola at Front Porch Farms in Ashland City, Tenn., on April 14. He had surprised his bride with a proposal last Christmas, when he wrote "Will you marry me?" on her house in Christmas lights.

Judd and drummer Cactus Moser tied the knot on June 10 at her farm in Leiper's Fork, Tenn. She walked the aisle in bare feet and a Houri Barahimi dress, and her teenagers from previous marriages were there. The couple had been dating since 2009.

Presley married Jordan Powell (who at the time was Miranda Lambert's tour manager) in a private ceremony in Jackson Hole, Wyo., on May 22. And a couple days later, the Pistol Annies Twitter page announced, "Holler got hitched, y'all! Congrats @guitarleena we love you!" The couple wed in the library at the Four Seasons hotel, and Powell wore a suit that was custom made by Manuel. Presley's dress was one she'd found on her televised search on the TLC show, Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta.

Meanwhile, the Pistol Annies' Ashley Monroe found love, too, and was engaged in September when Chicago White Sox pitcher John Danks proposed and she tweeted, "I said yes ... I'm engaged to my John Danks! Best night of my life!"
