Kershaw Divorce Final

Sammy Kershaw's six-week divorce trial ended Friday (April 6) in Nashville, The Tennessean reports. Davidson County Circuit Court Judge Muriel Robinson ordered Kershaw to pay his ex-wife, Kim, $4,000 a month in alimony until her remarriage or death. Kim received primary custody of their children, ages 15 and 7, and also will collect $6,500 a month in child support. The singer also was ordered to pay $35,000 for Kim's legal fees. "Mr. Kershaw's marital misconduct has been open and notorious, with absolutely no discretion being used to protect his wife and children from information concerning his affair with Ms. Lorrie Morgan," Robinson wrote in a memorandum. Kershaw did not deny his much-publicized affair with Morgan. Kershaw and Morgan release their duets collection, I Finally Found Someone, on Tuesday (April 17).
