'CMT Crossroads': Pairings Revealed for Four New Episodes

Get Ready for Jason Derulo/Luke Bryan, Nick Jonas/Thomas Rhett, Cheap Trick/Jennifer Nettles and Rob Thomas/Charles Kelley

Several of the biggest stars in the music business will be sharing the stage during four new episodes of CMT Crossroads, the network’s acclaimed and longest-running music series.

The new episodes kick off with Cheap Trick and Jennifer Nettles on March 24 at 11 p.m. ET. Additional episodes premiering throughout the summer include Jason Derulo and Luke Bryan, Rob Thomas and Charles Kelley, along with Nick Jonas and Thomas Rhett.

With a catalog of hits spanning decades, 2016 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 2016 inductees Cheap Trick and Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Jennifer Nettles, who is headlining the CMT Next Women of Country Tour, will collaborate for the first time on the CMT Crossroads episode premiering March 24 at 11 p.m. ET/PT.

Multi Grammy-winning singers and songwriters Rob Thomas and Charles Kelley will come together for an episode featuring soulful lyrics and harmonies. Though both are hit-makers in different genres, they each have dual careers as members of bands (Matchbox Twenty and Lady Antebellum, respectively), as well as solo artists. CMT Crossroads: Rob Thomas and Charles Kelley will premiere later this spring.

Before Luke Bryan begins his summer tour, he joins Jason Derulo, one of pop music’s biggest stars, onstage for a performance that will blend their styles and voices for what’s sure to be a full-throttled genre-bending musical exploration. CMT Crossroads: Jason Derulo and Luke Bryan premieres this summer.

Nick Jonas and Thomas Rhett, two of music’s hottest male stars at the top of their games, are set to come together to reinterpret their collective catalog of chart-busting hits in a mash-up of pop and country. CMT Crossroads: Nick Jonas and Thomas Rhett premieres this summer.
