Country Stars Mitchell Tenpenny And Meghan Patrick Tie The Knot In Tennessee

Mitchell Tenpenny and his wife, Meghan Patrick, host a picturesque farm wedding – check it out!

Country music star Mitchell Tenpenny is a married man.

The platinum-selling artist and singer Meghan Patrick tied the knot over the weekend in Tennessee. The lovebirds exchanged vows at an outdoor ceremony under colorful trees. Close friends and family were in attendance, including fast-rising singer-songwriter ERNEST

Ahead of their special day, the hitmaker told PEOPLE that he was looking forward to seeing his lovely lady in white and becoming newlyweds. While catching up with the publication, he rattled off what he believes makes a healthy and happy marriage.

"Getting to call each other husband and white," shared Tenpenny. "Trust, respect, [and] never stop flirting or dating each other [keep our relationship strong]. Fight for each other, not with each other," he added.

Patrick made a beautiful bride in a bohemian Rue De Seine gown with puffer sleeves. While she slipped on a custom pair of Lucchese snakeskin boots, Tenpenny wore a royal green blazer and jeans.

Patrick had her bride tribe in an array of warm tones as the groomsmen sported matching cowboy hats and handmade boutonnières. According to the outlet, the Canadian country star carefully created the wedding accessory out of real bird feathers and flowers she harvested herself.

The rustic ceremony and reception included sentimental touches. Patrick designed the wooden altar with her father, which included a horseshoe for good luck. For something borrowed, she took her grandparent's wedding cake topper to complete their vanilla bourbon sweet treat. Tenpenny even called in longtime friend and high school football coach, Scott Tillman to serve as the officiant.

Following the rustic ceremony, the country couple served mouth-watering Barbecue and Happenstance Whiskey as their signature cocktail. The well-organized wedding was carefully planned to complement the picture-perfect couple. Tenpenny believes they are a match made in heaven.

"[We knew each other was the one] because we knew we could have our dreams and relationship work together," he explained. "We are each other's best friends."

Tenpenny turned to social media Monday (October 24) afternoon to share a snapshot from their memorable day and to express his endless love.

"I can't wait to spend forever with you," he wrote in the caption.

Members of the country community not in attendance flocked to the comments to send their best wishes.

"Congrats, y'all," said Chris Lane. "Love you guys!!Congrats!!" shared Tyler Rich. "Stop it right now!!!!!!" added HARDY's Fiancée Caleigh Ryan

The record-breaking vocalist popped the question in November of 2021 at Losers Bar & Grill in music city – the exact bar they first crossed paths in. Tenpenny revealed that he had a "whole speech planned," until his emotions took over.

"She was crying, I was crying. All I wanted was to hear her say yes!" he said. "I also thought there would be all these things I would have said. And all I could get out was 'Yes!' Then we both awkwardly stumbled around trying to get the ring on my finger," she added.

Their wedding came on the heels of the release of his 20-song album, "This Is The Heavy." The country crooner is slated to hit the road in January for his headlining This Is The Heavy Tour. While basking in his newlywed life, he will kick off in Salt Lake City and wrap up on February 25 in Athens, GA.
