Tracy Lawrence and his wife, Becca, welcomed a new daughter, Skylar JoAnn Lawrence, Wednesday (June 27) in Nashville. The singer was on hand for the delivery. The baby girl is the couple's first child. Skylar JoAnn weighed 5 pounds, 15 ounces. "When he came out of the delivery room," a spokeswoman for Lawrence said, "he was glowing." 06/29/01
